Alphonce is the leading employee relations expert in Kenya. He has over 7 years’ experience in training & research; leadership and management consulting in East Africa. He has the advantage of applying excellent sociological and demographic research skills in the fields of education, hair & beauty industry and the Banking, Finance and Insurance sector. Alphonce is an Alumni of the Global Labor University (GLU) South Africa.
He has been instrumental in helping a multi-national Bank to hand a seamless Industrial Relations Practice in the Kenyan Market. Alphonce has worked in the banking and finance sector. He took a short competence course with Kenya Institute of Bankers (KIB) in Banking, Operations and Law. In the recent past, He has worked and gathered experience with a multinational institution in the banking industry serving Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Botswana Markets.
He is a trained facilitator, change management champion who focuses on training workers on “How to turn Change into Opportunity” and qualified Labor Policy Expert with a focus on workers and labor law. Alphonce recently became the first Kenyan to be a certified online marketer, jointly certified by Google and Centum Learning. Alphonce brings a great blend of technology, youthful energy and extensive labor policy dimensions in all his work.

Doreen is an accomplished HR Professional with over 20 years’ experience. She is well versed in Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee On-boarding, Performance Management and Employee Relations. Her work has stood out in Africa as the best resource in Employee Wellness programs with he leading international bank. Additionally, Doreen brings to the team a wealth of experience in Executive Search & Selection gained from Price Waterhouse where she worked earlier.
Margaret Munene- Learning and Development Specialist
Margaret is a certified trainer and facilitator with a vast experience in Leadership Training gained
in Kenya and East Africa over the years. She is the Learning and Development Specialist at learn Africa Solutions Ltd. She is a seasoned curriculum architect and a Training Governance specialist.
Bernice Nasimiyu- Change Management Specialist
She has over 20 year’s Human Resource (HR) experience cutting across the entire HR design from Strategy Development, formulation of policies, manpower planning and Sourcing, HR administration, talent management and employee separation. Her experience spans multi sectoral approach. She is an accredited member of IHRM.

She served as the Africa Regional HR Manager for Grameen Foundation USA (Social Enterprise NGO) supporting Kenya, Ghana, and Uganda for two and half years; Regional Human Resource Manager for Academy for Educational Development (International NGO) supporting program activities across multiple countries in Africa including Eastern and Central Africa for Seven and half years; Human Resource and Administration Manager for Invesco Assurance Company Limited for two years; Human Resource and Administration Officer for John Snow Inc. for five years and Health Administrative Officer with Ministry of Health.
